This is true. My thoughts, exactly. Screen time, stress, over-consumption of food/alcohol/material goods — all adds to a a shortened life span, no matter how many almonds you pop or swirls of olive oil you add to food. My goal is to get back to simplicity — swimming in river water, long sleeps, and minimizing sugar.
