love it. reading your article this AM helped me wear my jean shorts on an outing with my niece this afternoon, even though my waistline wasn't as tiny as I wanted it to be. I said, FUCK it, this is me, and I felt safe, loved, indifferent to other's judgement. When I judge myself less, i realize others don't care. and even if they do, WHO CARES.

Wear those jean shorts! That feeling of safety, love, and freedom is important. Perfection can get in the way of having just good moments in life. People stare me down when I've got the flying squirrel arms out and flopping and my hair out and fluffed, but a healthy dose of Fuck It with some CBD tunes out the glares.
